Service & Repair
Our engineers will:
• Strip down and clean appliance burner and pilot assembly as necessary
• Carry out a full safety inspection of your appliance
• Make sure the chimney/flue are safely clearing products of combustion
• Leave you with a current Gas Safety Certificate on completion *
• Advise you of any remedial work required
• Use only dedicated manufacturers replacement parts
• Advise you of any repair costs prior to carrying out repairs (unless instructed otherwise by the customer)
• Guarantee the repair for a period of 12 months **
• Respect your property at all times and use appropriate protective equipment, e.g. dust sheets etc.
* Unless remedial work is required to complete the certificate
** Excludes wrongful use of appliance and malicious damage
