About Aquagas

AquaGas is a family business that has been supplying gas appliance, plumbing and heating services to home-owners, landlords and holiday parks since 1991. We specialise in natural gas and LPG (Calor) installations.

Carl has over 40 years experience in the trade having served his apprenticeship with his father’s company from 1979, before taking over the company in 1991. Courtney likewise served his apprenticeship in the industry and joined AquaGas in 2010. Both aim to exceed industry standards in the way they work, both being well qualified in different fields of expertise. 95% of our customer base is from referrals by other satisfied customers, proving that we’re doing something right!

We aim to respond to calls or enquiries the same day. (Priority will always be given to emergencies, e.g., gas leaks, boiler breakdowns)
We endeavour to build a rapport with all our customers and we are happy to enjoy a cup of tea with them if offered 🙂

While we are happy to comply with any reasonable requests, we are unable to remove work footwear to carry out indoor works due to Health and Safety at Work Act. (Personal Protective Equipment). We are, however, happy to wear shoe covers while we carry out indoor works, if requested.
Our engineers will not enter a property where this is only a minor
(under 18) at home
If you cannot be present for an appointment and want to leave us a key, we are happy to carry out unsupervised works with your written consent; i.e, email or text message
