We undertake gas safety inspections and maintenance of both Natural gas and LPG (Calor gas) appliances/systems. We also supply and install new or replacement carbon monoxide alarms to conform to BS EN 50291.
Our engineers will:
• Test all gas appliances in the property for correct and safe operation*
• Test gas supply installation pipe work for gas tightness, correct pipe sizing, correct operation of meter or regulator.
• Carry out a flue emissions combustion analysis of your boiler
• Test Carbon Monoxide alarms for correct operation and compliance with BS EN 50291
• Issue a copy of the Gas Safety Certificate to the tenant and Landlord
• Advise the Landlord privately of any remedial works required
* Only appliances owned by the Landlord are legally required to be tested. If a tenant owns an appliance in use, for example a gas cooker, and would like that including in the test, they are able to do that at their own expense.
